Who We Are
Services
Efficiency is created by automating repeatable tasks and eliminating redundancy. Not only does your process become more efficient, but errors are also decreased, and your employees will have more time to focus on business-critical functions.
Using the tools you already have, we create solutions that integrate across platforms. Users can email a shared Outlook mailbox and create a story in Jira. Information in Salesforce can be harnessed as a data source for Power Apps. The possibilities are varied, extensive, and at your fingertips.
If you can dream it, we can build it.
“The way things have always been” is good, but is it good enough? When you partner with us, we bring a fresh perspective to the way things have always been. We study the entirety of your existing processes to identify areas where efficiencies could be gained.
How It Works
In Agile, we value responding to change over following a plan, which allows more communication between customers, developers, managers, and testers. Development and testing activities are concurrent, unlike the Waterfall model. Developers deliver working software frequently and work together with the business daily throughout the project. The Agile methodology results in many small deliverables over the course of the project.
Sometimes you need to start at the beginning and work all the way through to the end in a straight line. That is where the Waterfall methodology is employed. By working in phases, the project development team only moves on to the next phase of development or testing if the previous step is completed successfully. Unlike Agile, Waterfall has one big result at the end of the project.
Requirements:
First we sit down with you to research and discover your requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders.
Planning:
Next, we work closely with you to create the technical design, task list, resource plan, communications plan, and initial schedule. Roles, responsibilities, and expectations are also set in the Planning stage.
Development:
This is where the hard work begins. We build the solution that meets your requirements.
Testing:
Once built, we perform Developer Testing and then turn it over to your team for User Acceptance Testing. Feedback is gathered and implemented where necessary.
Deployment:
Once all feedback has been gathered, either for the sprint or the project, and the feedback has been implemented and further tested, then we are ready to go live.
Analysis:
Automated solutions are living processes and should be reviewed frequently. Ongoing review and analysis of the solution is essential to identify more efficiencies, whether through streamlining or additional platform integration.
Our Clients
Many small and mid-sized companies do not have an in-house developer because there is not enough work to warrant a full-time employee or else the cost for a full-time developer is too high. These are the companies who need to maximize automation the most.
By automating redundant and manual processes and integrating across platforms, the employees’ valuable time is freed up to focus on more important tasks for the company.
